One of our great restaurant partners, Sushi Yamamoto in Beverly Hills, was just listed as one of the 59 Exceptional Restaurants Worth Traveling For by Goop Magazine.

We’ve worked with them since their inception and have watched their team create amazing dishes with Astrea’s Grand Selection Schrenckii caviar. Their signature dish is a tuna roll made with rare Oma tuna from Aomori, topped with Astrea’s Schrenckii caviar. One large bite of pure decadence from the rich fatty tuna and the umami laden caviar.
