Astrea Caviar was born from the shared passion and vision of its founders, Eve and Reisa. With a deep
appreciation for fine dining, authentic flavors, and the art of craftsmanship, they sought to create a
brand that redefines the caviar experience—one that is luxurious yet approachable, rooted in quality

The story behind Astrea
Our founders Eve and Reisa created Astrea with a vision in mind, combine their expertise and
elevate the caviar experience as a testament to their commitment to excellence and love of the
finer things in life.
Eve’s journey with food began in her childhood, where she displayed a natural affinity for
creating balanced and flavorful meals. Often crafting unique combinations for her grandmother,
she honed her palate early on, developing a keen sense of taste and presentation. By her teenage
years, she was collecting restaurant business cards, critiquing menus, and immersing herself in the
culinary world. With 15 years of experience in the luxury industry, Eve was well-prepared to lay
the foundation for Astrea, blending her love of food, fine wines—particularly Burgundy—and a
dedication to craftsmanship.
Reisa is an adventurer and perfectionist who embodies relentless determination. She explores
the world by running marathons, summiting high mountains, while immersing herself in fine dining
and exceptional wines along the way. As a candidate for the esteemed Master of Wine program and
the visionary behind one of China’s most promising boutique wineries, Reisa has infused Astrea
with her profound wine expertise and exceptional taste for quality.

We have built Astrea on a foundation of passion and
meticulous care. We partner with certified sustainable green farms, sourcing only the finest custom
batches of sturgeon aged 10 to 25 years. This rigorous selection process guarantees firm, large eggs
with exceptional umami complexity, reflecting their pursuit of maturation and finesse, much like fine
wine
Astrea’s commitment to quality and innovation goes beyond traditional caviar:
Aging Like Fine Wine: Each batch of caviar is carefully aged to achieve rich, layered flavors.
Sustainability: Sturgeon are raised in pristine environments, with pure mountain spring or lake
water, and harvested only after their third reproductive cycle to ensure superior quality.
Expertise and precision: From roe extraction to packaging, 16 meticulous steps are completed within
15 minutes in a food-grade facility with temperature control at 10°C, ensuring the highest quality
of caviar. Low Salt Content: With lower salt curing, the flavor profile is pure, allowing the natural
umami to shine without overpowering the palate.
