Russian Oscietra (aka Osetra or Ossetra) are from sturgeons originated in the Caspian Sea. This world-famous caviar is delicate and refined in taste, perfect for special occasions. A truly luxurious indulgence. 

What's so unique about our Oscietra?

Our Oscietra caviar is harvested from pure bred Russian Acipenser Gueldenstaedti sturgeons at 16 years in age. The eggs are onyx black to golden in color, with firm texture and a refined nutty flavor. Aged 2 to 4 months.

Available in 30g, 50g, 100g, and 200g! Mother-of-Pearl Spoon is sold separately.
