Our Premier Oscietra Caviar is a pure bred Oscietra sturgeon. Harvested after meticulous aging for a clean vibrant ocean-flavored pearl. With its mild briny profile it works fantastic as a flavor enhancer to all your dishes. 

What's so unique about our Premier Oscietra?

Our Premier Oscietra caviar is harvested from pure bred Russian Acipenser Gueldenstaedti sturgeons at 12 years in age. The eggs are a golden brown in color, with a lush soft bead. 

Available in 30g, 50g, 100g, 250g, 500g, 1000g ! Mother-of-Pearl Spoon is sold separately.
