Our Premier Kaluga Hybrid caviar (Huso Dauricus and Acipenser Schrenckii) is the signature selection at Astrea Caviar. The pearls are large and firm, with a natural golden shimmering tone and creamy rich palate.
What's so unique about our Premier Kaluga Hybrid?
Our Kaluga hybrid caviar is harvested from cross-bred Huso Dauricus and Acipenser Schrenckii sturgeons at 12 to 15 years old in age.
The eggs are large in size, pearl grey to golden brown in color. Rich buttery umami notes with a lush-textured roe. They are aged 2-4 months before packing.
Available in 30-gram, 50-gram, 100-gram, 200-gram, and 550-gram sizes. Mother-of-Pearl Spoon is sold separately.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped overnight with Fedex's special Periship service, the leadig delivery service for perishable goods (UPS available upon request). Your caviar is packed in specially made insulated packaging to keep your order fresh and cold for over 48 hours.

We offer unrivaled affordability in overnight shipping with a flat rate of $30 to all 50 states in America.

Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available to most locations within the continental United States for an additional $25 fee. At this time, Saturday delivery is not available for Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping Methods & Time:
We ship Monday through Thursday, Friday shipping for Saturday delivery for the above mentioned fee. We ship all days outside of Federal Holidays.
In order to guarantee next day delivery, order must be received before 1:00PM PST. Orders received Friday through Sunday will be shipped on the following business day unless Saturday delivery is requested. We do not deliver to P.O. Box as caviar is perishable.
A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been processed.
